We are facing parts faulty issue on my new carrier AC from 2nd sept 2023 till today but no respond from his side when he will repaire my AC.Already 6 days left and there are no information about my faulty parts repair issue.This is fully harassment of a dedicated customer of Carrier AC company

Kindly repair my AC on top priority basis or give a new AC on priority.
