I ordered a product from flipkart on 6th August I got a call from delivery boy of e-kart logistics on 10th August, he said that I will not do door step delivery to you, you will get delivery on highway road, 7 from your village. km away. When asked to do so I said that it is your job to deliver my product to my home, after a while I got a message that your delivery has been done. But I didn’t get my product. and i already paid for that online ekart has fraud with me
