I have placed 2 orders on 6th July 2025. Order number 9228 and 9232. I have not received any order confirmation email. The amount got deducted Rs. 219 and Rs. 219 from my account. I have received the payment confirmation email. However, I am not able to contact them. I tried customer care number it says “temporary out of service” Also, the email id is not valid. I got the delivery failure email. Could you please assist me to get the money refund if this is the fraud website. I saw two similar websites selling the same product also the website is almost same with different names.
I tried the numbers mentioned on these websites; those are also not working.
