Hi, I’m Mounika Vemuri. I bought few clothes from bollt collections website which I came across on instagram ads yesterday i.e on the 7th of December, 2021 and paid Rs.920/- for the clothes. I got a text and it said angel clothing has succeeded from payu team. And when I opened the website to track my order the website is showing me that the store is unavailable. I didn’t get any text or refund or my ordered clothes. I mailed them and I also sent a DM to Shopify on instagram requesting refund. But I got no reply. The website is bollt-colletion.myshopify.com.
