Text of Complaint by Sourabh Jain:

I have purchased a sweatshirt of Tommy Hilfiger size M from Myntra. I received the delivery of the said product on 9th December, 2022 and within half n hour I requested for return of the said product and the same was picked up within an hour by Myntra delivery man. At the time of pick up the pick up boy checked the product thoroughly and after checking and being satisfied that everything is intact he took the product with him. After some time i received a msg from myntra stating that refund request is on hold as the product dint have the price tag. Myntra has gone down to such a level in cheating his customers that no one can even imagine. I just wonder how can a pick up person pick up the product without the price tag in it as it is against their return policy.
I have evidences to proof that everything was intact at the time of pick up. Now they are saying that the product has been reshipped to me plz accept the same and again raise a complain so they can relook into the matter.
How do anyone trust myntra now when i had given the product to the delivery man of myntra with the price tag of which I have evidence and for which they are saying that there was no price tag and now they want me 2 trust them by receiving the product again.How can I trust myntra now when i had already been fooled once.
Return Id- 4300207074. On 11th of December,2022 at about 10.30 pm i called the customer support number of myntra and ask for the status of the refund the customer support representative transfer the call to an escalation desk representative namly Ms.Urmila. This representative showed her attitude to me instead of resolving my issue.This is a kind of practice that myntra has adopted They have the product as well as my money. Now in order to defraud me further they are wanting to reshipped the product to me after taking back the product. How can a person trust myntra now after being defrauded once.
Myntra’s return pickup policy is that they we not pick up the product if price tag is not there. Then how is myntra saying after pick up that the product has no price tag.Assuming without admitting that there was no price tag then how did the pick up person of myntra took or picked up my product and not raised any issue the same. It is clearly evident that the product had price tag at the time of pick up.I spoke to the pick up person on phone who reconfirmed that all the products had price tag in them and that he picked up the product only after ensuring that the price tags were there.Such a behaviour from myntra has caused me tremendous mental, physical and financial loss.
