I am disputing this transaction under the category of ‘Fraudulent Merchant Activity / Goods Not as Described.’ I placed an order for a [Original Product: Cargo 1+1] but the seller delivered a cheap, incorrect substitute product [Received Product: Small Jeans] that does not match the description or value of the purchased item. Furthermore, the shipping address on the package, M DAIRY PNPUR SEC south west delhi, is clearly fraudulent, indicating this was a deliberate substitution scam intended to cheat the buyer and evade returns. I demand a full refund as the seller committed an Unfair Trade Practice by substituting the product.
