Text of Complaint by Roshna:

I wish to complain about, the 5 hijabs that I ordered on 8.11.2022 based on an Instagram post on the ‘ Nifa hijab’ page.
. Order Id is not provided. Invoice id is #1228.Prepaid amount of Rs 495 through
InstaSell, by Paytm.
They provided on their website that 3-6 business days are needed to process from their warehouse. Since they didn’t provide a tracking id, I contacted them via WhatsApp initially on 12.11.2022, to know about the tracking status. On 20.11.22 and 21.11.2022 I messaged them to provide the tracking details with a deadline of one day and suggested options that either provide proper information regarding tracking or refund the prepaid amount, otherwise I will go legal action.
I am disappointed with their services.
I mailed them also but there is no answer from their side.
On 22.11.22, they replied via WhatsApp(+91 70399 46496) as follows,

[22/11, 1:58 pm] Nifahijab: And dont expect anything from us now
[22/11, 1:58 pm] Nifahijab: Coz u didn’t read the tat time of delivery in our website
[22/11, 1:58 pm] Nifahijab: Do will see this matter in consumer agencies as per you
[22/11, 1:58 pm] Nifahijab: Bye.
They have done,
1.Negligence in services provided.
2.Failure to provide warnings or instructions with respect to the goods or services availed by a customer
