I ordered boat earphones from this site elecswind.myshopify.com, paid the amount online as they did not have pay on delivery option and then did not receive any mail from them confirming the product order. Rather I have received a mail for order on something called as luxtoy. I suspected something fishy, so I checked online for the authenticity and found another similar complaint that they didn’t receive the product. The consumer court should look into the matter and disable such sites so that no other consumers are impacted by such frauds.
