I have been a victim of cyber fraud by Assured Kart wherein i have placed an order of Philips make shaver / trimmer set (Model MG7715/15 13-in-1) of Rs.599 seeing the attractive discount on their web and have fill-up the details/address for delivery, placed the order, paid the money thru Google Pay by a facilitator mode of PayU, money got deducted immediately in favour of PRESHA TRADING (eloda.biz.Payu@axisbank) and got the message of order reference no. AS21371192 stating to check e-mail for updates but there is no e-mail of order confirmation / tracking. On their web there is no customer support care team/e-mail/phone. May i request for your kind help to trace such team so that they can stop such notorious acts and further people can be saved by such fraud.
