Text of Complaint by Shivam Agrawal:

I ordered a product from flipkart and the delivery date given to me was 8 april 2025.My order didn’t reached to me till 12 april. So, as it was written on the flipkart’s website’s terms and conditions, “they will provide compensation equal to the amount of product for delayed delivery”. So i called flipkart customer care for same, but they denied. Flipkart gave me new delivery date ” 14 april ”.Didn’t received the product till 16 april I got tired of all this, they didn’t solve my problem.
