Text of Complaint by Aparajita:

I am writing on behalf of my sister. She purchased a mini sofa (Rs.1000), and given the quality of it she wanted to return it.

On 28th October the delivery executive came to pick the order from home. My sister was not there and the house help handed some other product to the delivery guy. The delivery guy did not check for any baggage, any tags on the product before accepting the return and took some other product for return. The product that he took away is of Rs.10000.

We are trying to reach out to him , but he is not answering calls. There can be no other height of negligence that Flipkart has refunded us the amount of Rs.1000 when the product is still with us.

We tried to touch base with customer care team, they only assure of getting call back, which we never receive. Yesterday I spoke to customer care from contact number 8210761367, and spoke with Munmun. she informed that she had raised a query and the same can be seen on app by the user. On apprising her that we don’t see any query raised, she stated that she cannot help further.

I am attaching the following details:
1. Invoice
2. The product’s photo that is still with us.
3. Message received before pick up of product.

We shall wait for the revert or call back till 11-Nov-22, and would have no option left but proceed for consumer court due to inconvenience caused due to not having my good which is stolen by your delivery guy.
