I am atul verma 22, from aligarh on 23 may i placed a order from ecommerce website.

Sir i know you don’t deal with this type of issue but please help me if you can do anything for me.
I received order by cod on 19/06/21 at 10.03.35 AM by delhivery courier service.

I tried to refund the product on same day but the email provided by website ( Helpdesk.womenstarz@gmail.com ) was fake I received order confirmation mail from
singhgauravv034@gmail.com .
I was scammed by 999 INR being a middle class student that costs me alot, I bought that combo offer for my mom but end up scammed, then after researching i came to know that people are still facing same issue can you please help me in refunding the amount, hoping for some positive response from your side or i have to take some legal action.
Note:I have video, picture and all the relevant information regarding this please respond me Asap.
