I had ordered an item from Myntra and paid “Rs. 1388” at the time of placing the order. I did not get any calls from delivery agent, but to my surprise the order is marked as delivered.
Upon checking with customer support, they confirmed that it is delivered not disclosing on what basis they confirmed this. I’m not even able to talk with the delivery agent or the postal company as they can’t provide the details.
I’m the one who’s facing the loss here. Please help.
