I had ordered 4 numbers of size 42 shirts on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. However, instead of the ordered items, I received only 2 low-quality T-shirts, which do not match my order.
I have already made a payment of ₹999 via UPI at the time of delivery.
I hereby lodge this as a formal complaint against the shipper with the following details:

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for an appropriate resolution at the earliest.
