I ordered a pair of sandals for my father from the website that claims to be “ official crocs india website” about a month ago. It was Prepaid order of about 3500inr. It showed the order is processing for about a week or so afterwards it just stopped giving any order status, doesn’t open when I enter the email and order ID. The order was prepaid which is why I am worried about my money.
