this is to state that i bought a dyson hot and cool air product as the name says and the product description describes on the website means it is heater and as well as a cool air supplier but as i live in shimla where the temperature goes down to -3 to -4 also this product has a misleading advertising as it is a product which provides heat also as its not at all effective when the temperature is at 10 degrees in the month of November and to be precise this product costs 60000 rupess which is 20 times higher than a normal heater or gas heater or a oil based heater so this product which is actually duping the costumers as well as cheating also so i want a proper legal action should be taken and my money should be refunded which the amazon company customers care service people are saying it cannot be refunded as well as this product should be under the course of law for doing unfair trade practices
