On 23rd June booked a trip from Ghansoli to Andheri. At the end of the trip the driver demanded 569 which was the trip fare which I paid through GPay. Inspite of paying to the driver Ola postpaid showed O/s of 569 & have been since getting billed late fees penalty. On multiple calls with Ola have explained that the driver has already been paid because he demanded the amount as per the trip fare but still keep getting calls/notifications for payment due. Have provided Ola support proof of payment but they are not able to check with their own appointed driver on the amount & continue to get harassed.
