This is regarding my post paid connection on which I had activated a roaming pack of 3999 using an OTP in June. In august I had activated another roaming pack for 2999 for the same region using an OTP as well.The bill generated for the month of august had a charge for two roaming packs one 2999 and one 3999 for the same duration of travel. I was told by the airtel customer service representative that once a pack is activated it remains so permanently. No where was this mentioned by the call centre nor via SMS or email when I was activating the same. I have been using these packs for over a year and this is the first time it has auto activated without an OTP prompt and that too twice for the same time. Have been following up with airtel for almost a month regarding this and after being told that the duplicate charges will be reversed they are now saying it won’t be done.I request this be seen too at the earliest to avoid further inconvenience.
