I ordered 1kg pack of IFB HSR DESCALE POWDER from big billion sale of Flipkart, The product I received is duplicate as it doesn’t have brand’s hologram on it, so I complained to Flipkart but they said it’s no return product. I felt cheated how they responded, however the loss amount is ₹180.
