I ordered a JBL earphone from Paytm mall but they delivered a road side cheap quality product, in short I was given a duplicate product.
I raised return/replacement request also but they kept my request on hold for a week and when the replacement time was expired they rejected my request !!!
I have been calling them, trying to reach them but not getting any positive response.
Therefore I am raising this complaint request seeking your help to kindly get my money refunded from Paytm.
