ON 9/24/2022, I PURCHASE A PIERCING TOOL. i CANCEL TWO OF THEM. IT HAS BEEN PENDING ON MY CARD SINCE THAT TIME. I CALLED BY CARD PROVIDER , IN REGARDINGS TO IT. I WAS TOLD NOTHING COULD BE DONE BECAUSE IT WAS PENDING. ICALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEED UP PROCESS. I LOOKED AT THE TRACKING AND IS SHOWED IT WAS NOT SENT. HOWEVER, ANOTHER SCREEN SAID IT WOULD ARRIVE TODAY. SO, MY ONLY OPYION IS TO RETURN IT. WHICH, IS REALLY OUT OF MY WAY. WE, ARE TALKING ABOUT INCONVIENCE, AS WELL AS MORE EXPENSE. SO, NOW I HAVE THREE ORDER, INSTEAD OF THE ONE , I ORDERED. THE OTHER TWO WHERE CANCELLED. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
