i ordered a 256gb memory card from flipkart of make sandisk. the product was delivered to me with a 10year warranty. After few days the memory card malfunctioned. as per flipkarts advise, i contacted the sandisk/westerndigital service centre for resolution. but, they informed me via mail that the memory card was duplicate , hence, they cannot provide service for the same. i raised the complain with flipkart and raised a ticket. now flipkart has closed the ticket saying the issue is resolved. but, the issue isnt closed yet. every time i raise an issue they close it saying case resolved. this has been going on since 27th november,2024. i have no resolution from flipkart till date.
