I am purchasing fragrance body spray from yadav medical store against Bill no.4312 on dated 4312 dated 04-12-2020. I was really very shock this spray is strinking badly. I have returned this spray same after one some time but the shop keeper said the owner is not available. So I reached the shop at evening and the shop keeper is deneyed to return this product. This is a medical store and the real owner is not available mostly on this shop. It means no degree holder is available on this shop mostly. Also there behaviour is so badly with me. They use use abuse language with me.

Please do the needful and take a very strictly action against him. Also I have doubt he change the real product. Also want to point out in your kind notice he is not providing any bills to his customers mostly.

Please take any serious action against yadav medical store.
