Hi,
The purpose of writing of this email is to draw your kind attention towards duplicate/ fake product on Flipkart.
This has reference to an order [OD114232943620869000] in Flipkart and the item is “SanDisk Cruzer force 64 GB Pen Drive”, I would like to inform you that the same product is currently not functioning, hence I called up for the Sandisk customer support they asked for Serial number which is not available in same Device as well as in the Invoice, then they had informed me to send a mail to them along with Screen shot and the Invoice, then I forwarded the same to Sandisk, then they had replied and informed me over phone that the product which I purchased from Flipkart is not genuine, Please refer the attached mail which has been sent by Sandisk.
I do not like complaining about things at all, but something definitely had to be said in this situation because if this level of quality continues, I will never purchase from Flipkart.
The fact of the matter is that your company is beginning to lack of trust and, therefore, something needs to be done about it. I don’t know the specifics of what is going on behind the scenes there, but something definitely needs to change internally within your company if you want to keep your customers happy.
