I have ordered product Sony Bluetooth headset combo with free sony earbuds through ezeekart.net vide order ID 1238376692 on 24th Feb 2020 for amount Rs.1399/- and payment ID is 304882050.
On 28.02.2020 at 03.41PM, I have received the product. After opening package, I found that the product is different (wired local cheap quality headset) and partial (without Sony earbuds).
I tried to contact customer care to report…its nuumber (91 8860 345 205) switched off. And there mail id CS@ezeemart.net is also invalid.

Same problems of mine I have ordered JBL Bluetooth they charged 1890 rupees but I have recievrd worst local brand GT-111 so I need justice
