I used Dunzo to deliver a parcel and paid the amount of Rs142. The deliver partner named Balu S did not deliver the parcel. He claims, he reached behind the building and had to go all around and he was asking the recipients to come to his location; which was not possible as the recipient was an elderly person. The delivery partner has returned the parcel in a bad condition. Conversation with Dunzo customer service just went south as their representative Hajira said they won’t be able to process a refund. The delivery location is a building complex with proper road network in Bengaluru city.
I booked another delivery company to deliver the same parcel and they were able to deliver it.
