Hi,
This is inform to consumer service team,Just RS yadav travels dropped me in between my destination location , timing was 4.30am and 40 km before dropped,and driver said i will provide to another bus or auto because of only me one passenger going to Haldwani and they decided .i told you I was paid Rs. 1300 fir AC sleeper bed,and plz tell me this is Actual service given to your prime passenger.when i just asked what is going on and also i didn’t get any MSG or nobody told me about this condition.i was aloan and they are behaving like just i was nothing.i am very disappointed for this service and bad behaviour.i want just return my money back its my request to you.i want tell you one thing in last I am going with a Roadways bus,sir just think about that situation and feel it.This is right or wrong?
