Aircel network service stooped i havr account in paytm there i am unable to log in into paytm due to otp verification and aircel shut down there network help me please

I have send the PORT request to 1900 for almost 10 times till now I din’t get the UPC code yet. My mobile number 9700040244, Network-AIRCEL.
Could you please help me out to receive the UPC code from aircel.
