I ordered a mobile phone on 31st july 2021, and received order on 4th august 2021. Order id is 405-0385021-2849151. I made payment online but that time payment got failed then i paid cash after few minutes later the online payment got successful on the same day i made complaint against dual payment but i didn’t get any response , next day again tried then they gave me expected date for refund but on that date i didn’t get refund . Again i made call then on 18th august i came to know that no complaint filed yet . On that day they filed complaint and gave me expected date but again i didn’t get refund on the expected date .
Its a torture with me why i suffered i am regular customer of amazon but what i got . If no action will be taken by amazon then i will go to consumer court. Why i beard loss.
