Hi Sir,
This is Anilkumar Devaki and taken airtel Broadband and DTH connections and due to relocation raised req for Broadband and DTH shifting and Broadband issue was resolved on 4th aug which was raised on 1st of Aug.
For DTH Raised Req on 30th and the issue still not resolved, 2 times the req was closed without resolution. When I Contacted to the customer care every time they gave false promises saying it will be completed by tomorrow and it will continue till today.
