Text of Complaint by Shreelekha Mukherjee:

In my locality multiple people are facing problem to connect to their jio fibre from 6th aug 12AM. For that I raised one ticket so that engineer can visit and check the issue. He detected the issue and raised docket for another to resolve it as it was out of their scope of work (as per them). But today now its 10th August 12:20 AM,and the issue still persists. Whenever we’re calling them or sending them mail they’re just replying they are working but still no team has visited my area to action on this issue. Our daily life’s workflow is getting affected badly.
