The recharge for DTH id 3014345140 was done 5days back but the device is still showing no signal, also the setup box is indicating yellow signal in the power indicator the fault was discussed at your customer care and it was informed that a visit will be required for which I need to pay 150 rupees additionally.
I don’t understand when i am recharging it with 2000 why need to pay rs. 150 for watching the channels.
kindly discuss it at appropriate level and reimbursement of rupees 150 may be credited back to my account
