Sir/Ma’am, As per your instructions I had selected channels for my new DTH plan on 31 January 2019. But, today most of the channels are unavailable for me. Even FTA channels are also unavailable.
I have been trying for hours to talk customer services, but every time after more than 10 mins waiting, call is disconnected. You, are requested to solve it earliest and make your customer service reachable.
