My customer id is 1262461259 in the name of Arun gupta. Service provider tatasky is not responding to complaint.
We live in Amrapali sapphire, phase 2, sector 45, noida, pin 201301.
The residents of tower X in the society are not getting any signal for last 5 days. All our efforts to reach customer care on the help line number have gone in vain.
The service provider needs to be penalised .
