Text of Complaint by Sagar Awasthi:

I would like to submit a complaint against my DTH provider i.e. Tata Sky. We have called Tata Sky customer support for changing tarrif plan based on new regulations. As per new guidelines, we believe that we now have right to choose channel that we like. But Tata Sky customer support team refuses to give this and informed us that they do not have such custom plans and hence we need to keep the same plan. Can someone help if what should we need to do? Is the Tata Sky support team telling truth? Please help.
