My customer ID is 3037306854. I booked new DTH connection last Tuesday on 24 Nov with payment of 1482. It took them a whole week simply to install the DTH. But now even after paying for a monthly pack of 349 on 24 Nov, my DTH is not activated. The set top box is simply connected to TV but is of no use. Now how much longer will it take for my pack to activate?
