As I had planned to get a new broadband and DTH connection. I sent a request on the airtel thanks app. accordingly I got a reply to contact Mr. Ajit More (8767463711). As per their guidance I provided them my individual NOC for installation of setup in my building only on the terrace and on my floor. Accordingly, the engineering team came and installed setups on every floor. I asked them to install it but in case of any objections they have to remove extra setups.
Later on after all installations of setups in the building I paid Rs. 3000/- for DTH and broadband connection (399 P.M. Plan) as per guidance of Mr. Amit Pandey (9137470557) and Gaurav asthana (8433911523) sales managers. These guys requested me to install Broadband and DTH connection and assured me that they will arrange a team for deinstallation of extra building setups.
Accordingly I Asked them to go ahead with DTH and Broadband installation and uninstall extra building setups. This guy arranged Mr. Lavkush Yadav (9311694516) for installation of broadband and DTH connection at home. This guy Lavkush yadav came and installed only broadband connection at home on 6/09/2023/ From then all these persons except Mr. Ajit More are not answering my calls nor replying further for DTH connection installation and removal of extra building setups.
I raised several requests and asked for installation on customer care no. and also raised complaints on twitter. I did not get any positive response and did not get any solution to this problem.
I want to get both broadband with DTH connections and I paid for both services ( as per 399 P.M. plan). I am constantly calling all these persons for this, but these representatives are not responding to my calls nor getting any help from customer care. Hence I left with no other option but to raise complaints against all these representatives.
I am hereby attaching all the communications done with these representatives.
Therefore I hereby request you to please help me in this regard and do the needful.
