Text of Complaint by Ratnadeep Roy:

I am a Airtel DTH subscriber, due to some unavoidable reasons, I could not recharge my connection within the validity period. The services for my DTH has been suspended from 13/07/2019. I have recharged the connection immediately after that on 13/07/2019 itself and have called several times to the customer care but the service have not been restored yet and I have been misguided by the Airtel customer care personnel on both the occassions. Please look into it immediately to avoid further escalation of the complaint.
