DTDC has not delivered the item send by me and no help from their side. I had send a parcel (Tracking ID: K38770932, Reference Number: 123290866908) via DTDC from Dum Dum on 14.04.22 destined to be delivered to Andul (Howrah). However since 16.04.22 they are displaying that the item is ‘FDM prepared’ which is a fraud, and it got stuck their with no news of delivery. My friend did not receive it. On calling DTDC customer care they are saying complaint will be lodged but again nothing is happening and they can’t even answer my queries. They are not picking up my phone deliberately on calling back from same number. Total scam. I need them to compensate for this and a serious action asap. Or else I shall consider there is no law & justice for common people like us here.
