I got an sms mentioning approved personal loan, I just go through that link and install their app, app name LOAN JASMINE it is in playstore, after installation I given my kyc and bank details and they said 6000 rs approved, but after sometime amount credited to my account without any confirmation mentioning emi tenure or anything, after that I checked the bank account only Rs.3200 is credited and Rs. 2800 they took as all charges and interest for 6 days. Loan need to repaid within 6 days I get shocked after viewing this suddenly I closed the loan by repaying it through their app by sending money to upi id they mentioned, and uninstalled the app. But today they messaged me and harassed to repay the amount I told them that I already paid money and showed the screenshot of payment. But they are saying that is not repaid and repay once more otherwise misuse kyc details and send message to my contacts as I am a fraud these messages are sent through whatsapp. So I send them a detail message that I am going to complaint this and we can make it legally. Kindly resolve this I have all proofs of payment and I need to remove that app from playstore because I donot want anyone to get cheated and harassed like this and also loss of money too. I am attaching the screenshot of chat.
