I bought my car insurance online. It was being delivered through DTDC courier service. It showed online that it has been delivered on 19th Dec 22. But i didn’t receive it. Then I called the branch office number…that guy didn’t have time to talk to me. Then i went to the DTDC office to check regarding my courier. There after searching for few minutes i got my parcel.
This is really disgusting from DTDC that even without delivering the parcel they are updating it delivered online.
