My consignment number U25452949 was booked with DTDC Varanasi on 1-9-2023 to me at Mumbai. The consignment is not yet delivered to me but on making enquiries with DTDC consumer helpline I was informed that my consignment is delivered to someone in Delhi. Even when I showed them the consignment AWB and package booking copy nothing has been done to retrieve and deliver my consignment. I was told to approach the booking office at Varanasi for any further resolution. Since delivery is responsibility of the courier company DTDC needs to arrange for delivery of the package for which they have taken the desired amount from me. I produce my documents for booking at Varanasi.
