I had sent an parcel to Indore to one of my friends from Karimnagar through DTDC courier services the tracking id is H33764657. The status of the package is showing as delivered, but the parcel was not delivered to the receiver. After several attempts to DTDC customer support and through emails they finally said the item was received by someone and gave there contact number but the number doesn’t work. I have been try to find out where the parcel is by calling each and every number I got from. DTDC website and also did multiple mails but no response from anywhere. I would like to claim a refund of the parcel worth or to deliver the parcel to correct person.
