I have sent one parcel from Sambalpur(Odisha) to Bhubaneswar on 11th Aug but still not delivered but in online tracking status is showing delivered. How it is possible I don’t know, No one called and contacted to deliver the documents, very very worst and poor service I ever seen. If problem is not solved immediately I’ll go to consumer court.
