My order from Tyremarket.com was getting delivered by DTDC (Tracking No. D48090575)
On 14th November I received a call from the delivery agent asking me to come to their Facility to pick it up, I went there but it was closed, so I called the agent, he asked me to wait, I waited for a bit but no one came, so I returned home.
I raised a complaint with DTDC about this issue, they said it will get delivered within 6pm, but it didn’t.
Today again I received a sms saying it is out for delivery, but didn’t received the package till now (7:36 p.m).
I contacted the DTDC Helpline, they are not picking up, and they closed the support ticket without solving the issue.
Please look into this matter.
