Text of Complaint by Abhinendr Sharma:

Hi, I Booked four times from Drivzy rental Services, while2 of my Bookings were cancelled,

1. I booked an Ertiga Last year, i was on my way to pick up the vehicle, when i reached the Center, i was told that the road tax of the vehicle was expired and my Booking was cancelled without my approval, On that Particular day there was 15 bookings done by different customers and all were cancelled due to some or the other reason…The Last Time Cancellation without Customer Approval, There was no Synchronisation between the Center and The Drivzy Office.

Customer Care told me to wait and Suddenly they cancelled without any confirmation from my Side, although the money was refunded , but i had to face the music due to last time Cancellation

2. Celerio was Booked in 2019 in November, I purchased an Offer through Flipkart and Applied it to drivzy while booking, They cancelled the booking telling me that the Tyre was flat , and they had 4 hours prior to my booking they could have fixed the vehicle…

They Refunded the Amount…But didn’t refunded me the flipkart booking amount which was waived off .

3. I booked Hyundai Eon, the Trip went fine, but after ending the Trip the Drivzy station Master was forcing me to accept that i had damaged the vehicle, which was damaged before i picked it up.

4 I booked Hyundai I10 Grand on Feb 25, While returning i tried to extend the Vehicle from 9 am to 11 am, I got a validation that Vehicle booking cannot be extended, but on my way returning the vehicle , I received a message of vehicle is extended and 159Rs is Extension Charges,

While submitting the vehicle, the Station master told me that i have used the Spare tyre, somehow i convinced him that i didn’t,

Now when i am asking for the extension charges to be removed, then they are escalating the Issue and Disconnecting the call without even listening to the whole of issue completely,

Drivzy never reverts back,

Thet have such an Awful service here in Pune, Thier customer service is pathetic and always escalate the issue to next level, Cancels the Vehicle without Customer approval,

Blames Customer for Doing damage to vehicle

Although i am currently facing Extension charges and also didn’t got my Flipkart booking amount which i purchased from purchasing Flipkart Plus Coins

This has also Been faced by my colleagues while booking the Vehicle, their vehicle has also been cancelled without. Their approval,

Please Have a look into this issue, i am really fed up and need my Money back from these fraudsters.
