I’m travelling from Vijayawada to Hyderabad by nue go bus.. I’ve booked 3 tickets for it. The bus has been stopped at Ugrukonda Nue go filling station, and the bus which we are actually arrived had some problem within it and they asked us to change to the other bus which is heading to Vijayawada so they asked the both bus passengers to swap so that the bus with problem has gone back to Vijayawada and the passengers who are travelling to Hyderabad are still at the same place ( Current Time : 3.12 pm ) …. The Bus driver of the other bus is making scene and saying that I won’t again come back to Hyderabad. And we are waiting here for 2 hrs.

This act is making time waste of passengers
The had a few small kids they are suffering
All the passengers are standing at the road
They are breaking their policy of ” Always on time ”

I sincerely request from all the passengers who are been suffered ( there are upto 40 members travelling in that bus ) .. I sincerely request for apologies and some action on the persons who are involved and refund of money and penalty for the time waste.
