I just arrived from New Delhi Railway Station to my home from Ola and i just notice that money also debited from my account and driver also charged the money.
When i called the Ola customer support and they called the driver and he denied the hard payment and when i told customer care i have cctv proof that driver was lieing, they told they cannot help in this as they don’t accept cctv proofs.
I have attached the pic of mine giving cash to driver
