I am traveling from Dehradun to Gurgaon with two of my family members. So I purchased 3 tickets ofcourse. Now we put our luggage in the bus trunk when driver told me that they will charge extra for two boxes(one air fryer & one single gas stove). I purchased these in Dehradun so I am taking them in the boxes I received these products for safety concerns. Now the driver is telling me they will charge extra money for those two boxes and he is giving reasons that since it’s a carton it will be charged separately. I confirmed with the customer care and they also said that I don’t have to pay. But the driver is very stubborn about this. He is asking 800 RS and telling me he will give me some bill. I asked show me the bill but they are not showing me the bill.
I have to get off at IFFCO chowk and I am worried if driver and conducter will do any bad behaviour with us.
Please help.
