I’ve made a mobile recharge of amount ₹.1,799 through CRED app with my HDFC credit card, my amount is debited but recharge hasn’t happened, when I checked my email it says the amount is debited by the DREAMPLUG TECHNOLOGI, without my knowledge they theft my money. Even it doesn’t comes under the transaction history only email ‘Ive received. After I googled it with that fraud name am comes to know they cheated me, literally I broken for my money, since am working lot to get 1799 rupees but they easily stolen my money.

Also I would to strongly complain against CRED app, they only allowed this kind of unauthorised fraud to theft common people’s money. Please take action immediately and help me with the refund ASAP.
